Carrying the theme “ONE MAP: Charting the Future of Marketing,” this year’s conference goes beyond traditional seminars by introducing an Omni-Experience, Output-Driven Learning Journey—a pioneering approach that combines education, collaboration, innovation, and real-world application.
Six Experiences, One Future-Ready Marketing Journey
Unlike conventional conferences, PMA’s ONE MAP is anchored on six integrated learning pillars that reflect how today’s professionals acquire knowledge, build relationships, and drive business growth:
- Meet Up Day
- Digital Experience
- Business Networking
- Featured Company Visits
- Fellowship Gala
- Marketing Gambit Cup
Together, these experiences create a holistic ecosystem where participants not only gain valuable insights from industry leaders but also apply strategies through collaboration, networking, and immersive business exposure.
“The Philippine Marketing Association is not merely organizing another conference. PMA is presenting ONE MAP as a movement that reimagines how professionals learn and apply knowledge,” said Mitch Ballesteros, 2026 PMA President and CEO and Founder of Exlink Management and Marketing Services.
“It recognizes that the future belongs not to those who simply acquire information, but to those who can transform insights into action, ideas into innovation, and learning into measurable impact.”
Reinventing Marketing Education Through ONE MAP
At the heart of the conference is the ONE MAP framework, designed to help organizations navigate today’s rapidly evolving marketing environment.
The O.N.E. (Omni Network Ecosystem) component emphasizes integrating every customer touchpoint into one cohesive system, where brands, communities, technology platforms, and strategic partnerships work together to create long-term engagement and sustainable growth.
Meanwhile, the M.A.P. (Marketing Agility Protocol) focuses on helping organizations develop repeatable systems that allow businesses to respond quickly to market disruptions, maximize limited resources, and maintain competitive advantage through standardized yet flexible marketing strategies.
According to Ballesteros, ONE MAP aligns with PMA’s broader organizational theme for 2026—“ONENESS”—representing the association’s vision of building a more connected, agile, and globally competitive Philippine marketing industry.
Industry Leaders Unite Behind PMA’s Largest Conference Yet
For the first time in its history, the National Marketing Conference will be led by two conference directors, reflecting the scale and ambition of this year’s edition.
Heading the conference are Cha Pestano-Diaz, PMA Executive Vice President and Co-Founder and Marketing Director of Artisano Studio, and Adolf Aran Jr., PMA Director for the National Marketing Conference and Senior Director for Corporate Marketing Communications of National University.
Supporting the leadership team is Greg Banzon, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Century Pacific Food Inc., who serves as Conference Chairperson.
The expanded leadership structure underscores PMA’s commitment to delivering one of its most comprehensive conferences to date.
AI, Creator Economy, Marketing Agility, and Crisis Leadership Take Center Stage
The conference program has been carefully designed around two major learning movements.
The O.N.E. movement explores the future of marketing through discussions on AI-powered consumer journeys, creator economies, community-building, retail media partnerships, and purpose-driven brand loyalty.
The M.A.P. movement shifts focus toward practical business execution, featuring sessions on maximizing marketing performance despite budget constraints, organizational agility, strategic budget reallocation, and a live crisis simulation where experts demonstrate the ONE MAP protocol in real time.
Through these sessions, delegates will gain practical strategies to:
- Navigate digital disruption and changing consumer behavior
- Build stronger brands through integrated marketing ecosystems
- Improve organizational agility amid economic uncertainty
- Develop sustainable growth strategies for local and global markets
- Apply marketing frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes
Beyond the Conference Hall
Extending well beyond a one-day event, the 55th Marketing Conference incorporates months of continued learning through virtual content access, curated company visits, networking activities, and experiential learning opportunities.
This hybrid format allows marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, students, business executives, and corporate teams to continue building skills and industry connections long after the conference concludes.
